Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive with strong Excel and data-handling skills to prepare, automate and analyze business reports and provide accurate insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

• Manage, clean and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel.

Use •VBA and Macros•• to automate repetitive reporting processes.

• Develop Pivot Tables, Power Pivot reports and management dashboards.

• Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps and performance indicators.

• Use AI tools to improve data analysis, reporting and productivity.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of MIS reports.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve reporting processes.

• Provide actionable insights and support management in decision-making.

• Contribute measurable improvements in reporting efficiency and data management.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and advanced formulas.

Hands-on knowledge of •VBA and Macros••.

Working knowledge of •Power Pivot and DAX••.

• Basic understanding of data analysis and business reporting.

• Ability to use AI tools for analysis, formulas, automation and productivity.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and attention to detail.

Preferred: Candidates who can demonstrate specific examples of automation, time savings, error reduction or other measurable value added in their previous organization.
