Garments Supervisor
Position: Garments Supervisor
Location: Pothanur, Coimbatore
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily garment/warehouse operations.
Allocate work to workers and monitor their productivity.
Ensure proper picking, packing, checking, and dispatch of garments.
Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure product quality and quantity before dispatch.
Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and sales teams.
Maintain daily production/operation reports.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and work performance.
Identify operational issues and report them to management.
Ensure workplace safety and 5S standards are followed.
Eligibility
12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
1–3 years of experience in garments, warehouse, or similar operations.
Good team-handling and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
Ability to work under targets and manage a team.
