Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Maintain confidential files, documents, and records
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate with Business heads for reports, updates, and follow-ups
Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications
Ensure timely flow of information to and from the CEO
MS Excel (Well Known)
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for MIS, reports, and data analysis
Creating and managing tables, charts, and dashboards
Use of formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX–MATCH
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts for management reporting
Data validation, conditional formatting, and error checking
Consolidation of data from multiple sheets and files
Preparing CEO-level summaries and performance reports
