Overview We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and scale our presence across major online marketplaces. The role involves end-to-end ownership of listings, sales growth, platform operations, and performance marketing coordination across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Marketplace Management

1 Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces

2 Ensure listings are live, accurate, and optimized

3 Coordinate with platform account managers

Product Listing and SEO

1 Create and optimize listings

2 Improve discoverability using SEO 3 Maintain catalog hygiene

Sales and Revenue Growth

1 Own monthly revenue targets

2 Execute campaigns and discounts

3 Scale top-performing SKUs

Performance Marketing

1 Manage Amazon and Flipkart Ads

2 Optimize ROAS

3 Track and improve campaigns

Inventory and Order Management

1 Monitor stock levels

2 Avoid stock-outs

3 Handle returns and fulfillment issues

Data Analysis and Reporting

1 Track sales metrics

2 Analyze conversion and CAC

3 Provide actionable insights

Customer Experience

1 Monitor reviews and ratings

2 Improve ratings

3 Handle escalations

KPIs

1 Revenue growth

2 Conversion rate

3 ROAS

4 Inventory turnover

5 Customer ratings

Required Skills and Experience

1 3 to 5 years e-commerce experience

2 Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho

3 Strong SEO and analytics skills

4 Experience with ads platforms

Good to Have 1 D2C experience

2 Digital marketing basics

3 Startup scaling experience
