Job Description

Hiring: E-commerce Executive – Amazon USA

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Executive who can efficiently manage and operate our Amazon USA marketplace for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and operate Amazon USA Seller Central account
Create, upload, and optimize product listings (title, bullet points, description, keywords)
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the operations team
Handle order processing, tracking, and shipment updates
Manage customer queries, feedback, and reviews
Maintain account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
Conduct keyword research and listing optimization
Assist in pricing strategy and competitor analysis
Work with marketing team on PPC campaigns and promotions
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Amazon Seller Central (US marketplace preferred)
Knowledge of listing SEO and PPC
Understanding of FBA / FBM fulfillment
Basic Excel knowledge

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
Location: India
