Position available exclusively for Kolkata residents. If you aren't from Kolkata, kindly avoid applying.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with vendors, sellers and marketplaces to ensure smooth product listing, order processing, and dispatch operations.

• Manage PO (Purchase Orders) — including creation, follow-ups, tracking, and reconciliation with vendors and marketplaces.

• Support quick commerce operations (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)

• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams when required for product promotions, campaigns, or online visibility.

• List, update, and maintain products across e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and categorization.

• Prepare and maintain product catalogues with detailed descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images.

• Evaluate strategies to enhance sales conversions and streamline marketplace operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.

• Education (Required): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with Unicommerce or similar ERP/e-commerce platforms.

• Basic understanding of social media coordination is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.

• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, marketplace managers, and internal teams.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently.
