Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately log daily fleet movements, fuel requisitions, trip expenses, and driver settlements into Excel spreadsheets and internal software.
Documentation: Draft, format, and maintain official corporate correspondence, customer delivery receipts, transit challans, and entry authorization letters using Microsoft Word.
Fleet Tracking: Monitor and update real-time vehicle status tracking systems (including IVR or GPS logs) to ensure accurate delivery timelines.
Billing & Reporting: Compile and verify trip data to assist the accounts team in preparing freight invoices and monthly client reports.
Error Reconciliation: Cross-verify manual supervisor sheets with digital records to quickly identify and correct discrepancies.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data sorting, filtering, basic formulas like SUM, VLOOKUP, and formatting) and Microsoft Word.
Industry Understanding: Strong comprehension of road transportation processes, including transit documentation, diesel allocation, and vehicle dispatching.
Accuracy & Speed: High typing speed combined with excellent attention to detail to minimize entry errors.
