Key Responsibilities
System Monitoring: Oversee multi-system information networks and respond to system error messages or stoppages.
Job Scheduling & Processing: Manually submit, execute, and monitor batch processing jobs according to defined production schedules.
Data Management: Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss and maintain data integrity across company databases.
Hardware Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on equipment (e.g., servers, printers, and scanners) and coordinate repairs when needed.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
User Support & Documentation: Assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and maintain logs of daily system activities and incidents.
Security Compliance: Follow established security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized system access.
