Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage documentation, data records, coordination, and office support work. The candidate should be comfortable with computer operations, Excel, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update office records and documents
Handle data entry and MIS reports in Excel
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic documentation
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors
Manage emails and routine office correspondence
Support accounts, HR, and operations team in daily tasks
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Follow up on pending work and status updates
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Basic email drafting skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Organized and detail focused
Fast typing and data entry skills
Qualifications
Graduate (Commerce / Arts / Business Administration preferred)
1–3 years back office or office assistant experience preferred
Freshers with good computer skills can also apply
