Computer Operator – GNG Advertising
We are looking for a Computer Operator to join our team at GNG Advertising.
The role involves managing and updating data accurately, maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day computer and administrative tasks efficiently. The candidate will also be required to assist senior team members, follow their instructions, and support them in completing assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and regular data updating
Maintaining and organizing records
Preparing Excel reports and documents
Assisting senior team members with day-to-day tasks
Following instructions given by seniors and completing work accordingly
Supporting the team in documentation and administrative activities
Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned work
Being willing to learn new tasks and work processes
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of computers
Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Good typing and data-entry skills
Ability to understand and follow instructions properly
Good learning and grasping ability
Willingness to learn new work and processes quickly
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work as per the guidance of senior team members
Good communication and teamwork skills
