• Generate reports and summaries to support internal decision-making processes.

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.

• Manage staff scheduling, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.

• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and customer service standards.

• Implement and uphold operational policies to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Coordinate with all brand retail locations, allot duties, and collect performance reports.

• Conduct regular audits across locations to maintain stock accuracy and quality standards.

• Provide administrative support to assist various departments as required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
