Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Accurately enter and update records in the company database or Excel sheets.
Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels and assist in reconciling physical inventory with digital records.
Order Processing: Handle the documentation, invoicing, and tracking of incoming and outgoing orders.
Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports on operational performance and task completion.
Coordination: Liaise with the logistics or sales teams to resolve any data or shipping discrepancies.
Required Skills
Technical: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Efficiency: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high speed and accuracy.
Organization: Excellent time-management skills to meet daily deadlines.
Communication: Basic written and verbal communication for internal coordination.
Qualifications
Graduate in any field.
Prior experience in a backend or data entry role
