Purchase Executive

Candidate Manager will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of construction materials, finishing items, and services for luxury real estate projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, vendor management skills, cost optimization, and alignment with project timelines, while ensuring quality standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with project requirements and timelines.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for civil, MEP, finishing, and luxury interior materials.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

• Collaborate with project, contracts, planning, and site teams for material forecasts and procurement schedules.

• Monitor market trends, price movements, and availability of critical materials.

• Prepare comparative statements, finalize purchase orders, and maintain transparent documentation.

• Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and inventory management to avoid project delays.

• Develop long-term vendor relationships and evaluate their performance periodically.

• Support VP Projects in cost control, budgeting, and reporting of procurement activities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of construction materials and luxury finishing items.

• Excellent negotiation, vendor development, and contract management skills.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, procurement processes, and cost control.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
