We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Backend Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling overseas customer queries via email and chat, ensuring prompt and high-quality resolutions while maintaining excellent communication standards.
Job Specifications
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Qualification: BBA / BCA / B.Com / Any Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years
Work Timing: 05:30 AM (Morning Shift – Australian Process)
Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries from overseas clients via email and chat.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Analyze customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
Conduct basic problem research and testing when required.
Ensure timely resolution of all support tickets.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and follow-ups.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills
Strong email etiquette and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Typing speed of 30–35 WPM
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
