Backend Executive

Job Title: Backend Executive – Loans Department
Department: Operations / Loans Processing
Location: As per company requirement
Experience: 1 to 3 Years Preferred
Qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate with relevant experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive for the Loans Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan documentation, application processing, coordination with banks, data management, and ensuring smooth backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end backend loan processing activities.

• Verify customer documents for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, and other loan products.

• Prepare and maintain customer files and records accurately.

• Coordinate with sales team and bankers for loan status updates.

• Login loan files into bank portals/systems.

• Follow up with banks for approvals, queries, disbursement, and pending cases.

• Ensure proper documentation as per bank norms and compliance.

• Update MIS reports and daily status reports.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and data security.

• Resolve backend operational issues within timelines.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of loan documentation process.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Team player with positive attitude.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in BFSI / Loan Processing / Finance sector preferred.

• Knowledge of multiple bank login portals is an advantage.
