Job Purpose

As an Agency Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing the insurance business, recruiting and developing Life Advisors/Partners, and managing the performance and quality of your team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and develop Life Advisors/Partners.

Build and manage your own team of Advisors & Partners.

Generate and develop insurance business.

Monitor the quality and performance of business generated by the team.

Conduct marketing and business development activities.

Set income plans and business goals for the team.

Train and guide team members on insurance products and selling skills.

Work towards achieving assigned business and team targets.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma candidates can also apply.

Age: 18 to 70 years.

The ABP program provides a defined career path with opportunities to progress through different levels such as:

Associate Agency Business Partner → Agency Business Partner → Senior Agency Business Partner → Executive Agency Business Partner → Lead Agency Business Partner.

Earnings & Incentives

The role provides earning opportunities through various performance-linked incentives and Business Development Allowances (BDA). For newly joined AABPs, the document specifies BDA opportunities of up to ₹9,000 per month during the applicable start-up period, subject to achievement of the prescribed criteria.

Additional performance-based incentives are available based on business performance, advisor activation and team growth.

This is an Agency Business Partner / insurance business role, and earnings are substantially linked to business and performance criteria. The applicable payout, targets and terms are governed by the HDFC Life ABP compensation structure.
