*Job Title: Operations Manager (E-commerce)*

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

*Eligibility*

Male candidate

Must be a resident of Mumbai

Valid driving license and ability to drive preferred

Minimum Education: 12th Pass

Experience: 3–5 years in operations. Ecommerce experience preffered

*Working Hours*

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Primarily a workstation-oriented role with occasional vendor visits or field work as required.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong execution and follow-up skills

Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets

High attention to detail and accuracy

*Key Responsibilities*

Coordinate with vendors for day-to-day operational activities.

Resolve debit note disputes.

Follow up on delayed or incorrect vendor payments.

Track and reconcile Vendor Return claims.

Monitor Purchase cost and coordinate with vendors for discrepancies.

Ensure product live on website with accurate pricing.

Prepare and update monthly deal sheets.

Track competitor pricing and report pricing opportunities.
