Key Responsibilities:

1. Lease & Legal

•

Draft, review, and execute Leave & License and Commercial Lease Agreements

•

Facilitate agreement registration and calculate/process applicable stamp duty in compliance with Maharashtra state laws

•

Maintain accurate records of lock-in periods, notice periods, and lease renewals

2. Tenant & Landlord Management

•

Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants to resolve leasing and occupancy queries

•

Handle tenant documentation, onboarding, and grievance redressal

3. Accounts & Taxation

•

Manage end-to-end billing: generation and dispatch of rent invoices and maintenance bills

•

Handle Accounting & Taxation including GST & TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance

•

Track security deposits and rental dues

4. Maintenance & Vendor Management

•

Calculate and process payment of monthly maintenance charges to society

•

Track utility bills and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) fees

•

Track and process vendor invoices & payments for facility services

5. MIS & Compliance

•

Maintain updated records of all agreements, invoices, and correspondence

•

Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, collections, and maintenance for management
