We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Report Processor/Typist to join our team. At Universal Consultants & Valuers LLP, our reports are the backbone of our service. You will be responsible for transforming field notes, data points, and technical measurements into professional, client-ready valuation reports for banks, financial institutions, and private clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Report Generation: Accurately type and format technical valuation reports based on drafts provided by site engineers and surveyors.
· Data Entry: Input property details, dimensions, and market rates into standardized templates with 100% accuracy.
· Template Management: Maintain and update various report formats (Retail, Industrial, Commercial, and Government-specific).
· Photo & Document Integration: Crop, resize, and embed property photographs, site maps, and legal documents into the reports.
· Quality Control: Proofread reports for grammatical errors, numerical consistency, and alignment before final submission to the Valuer.
· Archiving: Maintain a digital and physical filing system for all completed valuation assignments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Typing Speed: Minimum 40–50 WPM with high accuracy.
· Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word (tables, headers/footers, styles) and basic Excel (for calculation tables).
· Language Skills: Strong command of English (written and verbal); ability to spot typos that others might miss.
· Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex numerical data—getting a decimal point wrong in a valuation can be a major issue!
· Experience: Previous experience in a real estate office, architectural firm, or legal firm is preferred but not mandatory.
