Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily tasks related to development and project operations.

• Provide support to the development team and assist in tracking task progress.

• Coordinate with the testing team to ensure that tasks are tested properly before delivery.

• Assist in identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs or issues found during testing.

• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address basic queries.

• Act as a coordination point between clients, developers, testers, and the support team.

• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed within the assigned deadlines.

• Maintain task records, project updates, testing reports, and issue-tracking details.

• Help the support team resolve client-reported issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.

• Monitor the status of ongoing tasks and report delays or challenges to the concerned team.

• Ensure proper documentation and smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle.

• Perform other operational and coordination activities as assigned by management.
