Roles & Responsibilities:
-Proactively contacting all leads received, providing detailed information about our projects and guiding them through the buying process.
-Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance our customer relations processes and continuously improving the customer experience.
-Working diligently to maximize the number of site visits by potential buyers, coordinating with multiple sales managers to ensure smooth and informative visits.
-Conducting project briefings with potential buyers, showcasing the features, benefits, and investment potential of our properties.
-Maintaining consistent follow-up with leads, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and nurturing relationships to move potential buyers closer to a decision.
-Collaborating with our sales team to close deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
-Educating potential buyers about the real estate market, property financing options, and the legal aspects of property purchase, providing valuable insights to facilitate informed decisions.
-Maintaining an organized and up-to-date customer database, ensuring that all leads and interactions are properly documented.
-Acting as a liaison between the customer relations department and other teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless information flow and process alignment.
-Staying informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
-Carefully assessing the needs and preferences of potential buyers and tailoring your interactions and project briefings to align with their specific requirements.
-Exploring opportunities for expanding our customer base, including identifying new target demographics or untapped markets.
-Qualifying leads based on their level of interest, financial readiness, and potential to convert.
-Prioritizing leads for more focused engagement.
Skills Required:
-Proven experience in real estate customer relations or a related field.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks, leads, and projects simultaneously.
-Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
-Proficiency in using Microsoft tools.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
-Ability to capture minor detailing of projects/sites
