Data entry and maintenance of records (daily reports, attendance, duty logs, etc.)
Handling documentation, filing, and record management
Coordinating with field staff, drivers, and supervisors
Updating spreadsheets, MIS reports, and internal databases
Managing emails, phone calls, and internal communication
Assisting management with operational and administrative tasks
Verifying documents and maintaining confidentiality
Supporting smooth day-to-day office operations
Graduate / Higher Secondary (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Bengali preferred)
Honest, disciplined, and punctual
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience can apply
