Job Title: E-Commerce & CRM Executive (Data-Driven)

Role Summary

You need someone who doesn’t just upload products and sit idle—they must think in numbers, patterns, funnels, and customer behaviour. This role is responsible for driving online sales through marketplace management, CRM automation, data analysis, and performance optimisation across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and your own website.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

• Manage listings, titles, keywords, pricing, A+ content, and catalog accuracy across all marketplaces.

• Monitor buy-box performance, ratings, return analytics, and competitor benchmarking.

• Execute promotional campaigns, deal setups, and inventory sync on Amazon/Flipkart/etc.

• Track marketplace commissions, penalties, and logistics fees to protect margins.

2. CRM & Automation

• Implement and manage CRM workflows (lead capture → follow-up → nurturing → conversion).

• Automate WhatsApp + Email sequences for abandoned carts, repeat buyers, reviews, and upsells.

• Build customer segments based on behaviour, purchase history, and engagement.

• Track telecalling performance and integrate CRM with sales pipeline stages.

3. Data Analytics & Insights

• Prepare weekly dashboards on sales, CTR, conversion rate, ROI, and cost per order.

• Do product-wise and category-wise profitability analysis.

• Identify best-performing SKUs, dead inventory, and price sensitivity patterns.

• Use data to recommend which products to push, pause, improve, or discontinue.

4. Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with production team regarding stock requirements, order flow, and dispatch timelines.

• Ensure smooth order processing, returns handling, and SLA compliance.

• Work with the digital marketing team on ad creatives and landing pages.

5. Review & Reputation Management

• Drive genuine customer reviews through CRM-driven follow-ups.

• Track and resolve negative reviews with customer support.

Skill Requirements

• Strong analytical skills — must be comfortable with Excel/Sheets, pivot tables, and dashboards.

• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar).

• Understanding of marketplace algorithms and ranking factors.

• Knowledge of D2C website metrics (GA4, Meta Pixel, abandoned cart flows).

• Good communication skills for vendor/marketplace conversations.

• Ability to work fast and handle high SKU volumes.

Experience

• 2–4 years minimum in E-commerce operations or marketplace management.

• Bonus if they’ve handled apparel or fast-moving online categories.

• Growth in marketplace sales month-on-month.

• Improvement in conversion rate.

• Review count increase with higher average ratings.

• Reduction in return rate and SLA violations.
