Non-voice role involving review of insurance documents, identifying errors, and reporting discrepancies using basic quality/testing concepts.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Minimum 6 months BPO experience

✔ Comfortable with Night Shifts

✔ Good communication (Reading & Verbal)

✔ Basic MS Word & Excel skills

✔ Willing to work weekends/OT

➕ Good to Have:

✔ US Healthcare knowledge

✔ Basic testing concepts

🎓 Education:

Graduates/Postgraduates (Non-Technical Only)

❌ BE / BTech / MTech / MCA NOT eligible
