📢 WE'RE HIRING – BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)
🏢 Position: Back Office Executive (Female)
📍 Location: Thane West (Wagle Estate)
🏭 Industry: HVAC / Air Handling Units (AHU) / Industrial Air Conditioning Systems
💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on Experience)
👩 Experience: 3 to 4 yrs of experience required
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and send customer quotations.
Handle email correspondence with clients and vendors.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
Prepare reports, MIS, and other office documentation.
Follow up with customers for quotations and order status.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
Handle day-to-day administrative and back-office operations.
Required Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of email drafting and documentation.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in quotation preparation will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
Female candidate.
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in HVAC, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial companies will be preferred.
