We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Legal Executive who has good knowledge of legal documentation and strong communication skills in drafting emails and handling chat processes. The candidate will support legal operations and coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal emails, notices, and formal communications
Handling client queries through email and chat process
Preparing and maintaining legal documents and records
Coordinating with legal team for case updates and documentation
Reviewing contracts and basic legal agreements
Data entry and maintaining case records in system
Following up with clients for required documents
Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of legal information
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of legal drafting and documentation
Strong written communication skills (Email drafting)
Experience in chat process handling
Basic knowledge of legal terms and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information
