JOB SUMMARY:
An accomplished expert who oversees the technical, functional, and aesthetic elements of interior
spaces, a senior interior designer organizes and directs design projects. They work together with
contractors, architects, and clients to make those designs adhere to budgetary constraints, legal
requirements, and client preferences. Their extensive understanding of design trends, materials, and
concepts enables them to create aesthetically pleasing, cozy, and functional places. In addition to
overseeing younger designers, senior interior designers are frequently in charge of project
management from conception to completion. The effective completion of superior interiors is
guaranteed by their proficiency in spatial planning and design.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet with clients (both in-person and virtual) to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Provide expert guidance on design concepts, furniture, materials, finishes, and layout options.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them develop their skills.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate closely with the interior design team to ensure client needs are accurately reflected in design concepts.
Assist in coordinating client approvals for design plans, materials, and final execution.
Manage project timelines and communicate updates to clients at each stage.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
Educate clients about sustainable and innovative design solutions to elevate their spaces.
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.
Ensure all designs meet safety, building code, and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve materials, furnishings, and final installations to maintain high standards of quality and design integrity.
Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3DS Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing, and stone/marble.
