Key Responsibilities
Develop concept designs, mood boards, and presentations for residential and commercial interiors.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and BOQs using AutoCAD and related tools.
Manage material selection, specifications, and vendor coordination.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
Ensure project quality, accuracy, and timelines in collaboration with site teams and project leads.
For Senior Designers / Project Leads:
Lead design teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Oversee concept-to-completion design delivery.
Guide Junior Designers and coordinate with clients independently.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Junior Designer: 2–4 years of experience.
Senior Designer / Project Lead: 4–7 years of experience.
Skills Required
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools.
Creative visualization and design detailing ability.
Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Knowledge of AI tools for design visualization will be an added advantage.
