Provide day-to-day support to clients using Tally ERP
Resolve customer queries related to accounting, GST, TDS, and inventory
Assist in Tally installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Handle data migration and synchronization issues
Guide clients on software usage and best practices
Coordinate with internal technical team for issue resolution
Conduct basic user training when required
Maintain proper documentation of support tickets and resolutions
Ensure timely closure of client issues
