Billing Executive / Tally Executive – Hardware Store

We are hiring a Billing Executive / Tally Executive for a leading Hardware Store. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, billing, invoicing, GST, inventory management, stock handling, purchase & sales entry, and customer billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate sales invoices, tax invoices, quotations, and bills using Tally Prime / Tally ERP.

• Record purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, payments, journal and contra vouchers.

• Maintain stock inventory, inward/outward material records, and inventory reconciliation.

• Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills (if applicable), and maintain GST-related records.

• Handle cash transactions, UPI, card payments, and daily cash reconciliation.

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and warehouse for order processing.

• Maintain customer accounts, outstanding payments, and ledger reconciliation.

• Verify purchase bills and update inventory in the system.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and billing reports.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and financial records.

• Support accounts and store operations as required.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce or any discipline.

• Experience as Billing Executive, Tally Operator, Accounts Executive, Billing Clerk, Cashier, or Store Billing Executive.

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST Billing, Inventory Management, Purchase & Sales Accounting.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Good communication, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Experience in hardware, sanitary, building materials, electrical, paint, steel, plywood, or construction material stores will be preferred.
