The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning , implementation lifecycle management, business process design, and stakeholder engagement. The candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementations, drive solution architecture, collaborate with finance and business teams, and deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions that support enterprise-wide financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders. Design and implement Oracle EPM Planning solutions for: Budgeting Forecasting Long-Range Planning Workforce Planning Capital Planning Project Financial Planning Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
