Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit/debit notes.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Follow up and maintain records of customer outstanding payments.
Maintain daily cash and bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation.
Maintain accurate stock/inventory records and reconcile physical stock with Tally records.
Handle GST-related accounting entries and maintain records required for GST filing.
Coordinate with the CA/accounting consultant for GST, TDS, income tax, and other compliance requirements.
Prepare basic MIS reports such as sales, expenses, outstanding receivables/payables, and stock reports.
Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Assist management with financial and accounting information whenever required.
Ensure that all accounting entries are accurate and up to date.
