Profile-Senior Accountant
Experience-5Years to 8Years
Salary-30k to 40k
Location-Sahibabad industrial Area(Ghaziabad)

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare and review trial balance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the balance sheet, including reconciliations of all accounts
Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain general ledger and ensure proper accounting entries
Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Assist in financial reporting and management reporting
Review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

5–8 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with trial balance preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, and audit processes
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, ) and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
