Job Title: Sr. Account Executive

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience : 5–10 Years

Salary : ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Type : Full-time

Work Mode : Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and validate day-to-day accounting transactions

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records

• Prepare and analyze financial statements including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations

• Prepare weekly and monthly budgets and forecasts

• Conduct financial variance analysis and monitor performance

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

• Ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns

• Maintain statutory records and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Tally

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI (preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience in export-oriented accounting is preferred
