Key Responsibilities Process payroll for clients companies through dedicated software. Coordination with clients for inputs data and reports and answering their queries. Responding to payroll related queries from employees and clients companies. Preparation of MIS and other reports in relation to payroll. Generation of various reports including Payslip’s, vouchers and MIS is related to payroll function UAN’s Creation and IP’s creation according to statutory compliance. Handle employee and client queries through emails and calls. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including PF, ESIC, and PT, etc.Requirements Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field More than 2 years of experience in payroll or related functions. Knowledge of Payroll process and statutory compliance. Previous experience in a payroll function preferred. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Professional behavior and strong client dealing orientation. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
