Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive with basic accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in petty cash handling and data entry. The ideal candidate should be familiar with accounting software like Tally and capable of preparing basic MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and record petty cash transactions
Pass basic accounting entries in Tally
Assist in preparing MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Handle invoices, vouchers, and expense records
Support senior accounts team in daily accounting tasks
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Reconcile basic accounts and report discrepancies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
Familiarity with MS Excel and MIS reporting
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of accounting principles

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling petty cash
Ability to manage data and maintain records efficiently
Good organizational and communication skills
