Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing operations, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain financial records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices accurately and timely

• Maintain billing records and documentation

• Coordinate with the accounts and sales departments

• Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare daily/monthly billing reports

• Maintain data entry in accounting software

• Follow up on outstanding payments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of GST and taxation (preferred)
