Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable processes, invoice handling, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Candidates with exposure to global finance operations will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer payments accurately
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy
Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for finance-related queries
Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles
Good understanding of AP/AR processes and accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools/software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in global finance management/processes is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and numerical skills
