Collection Executive

Tap Capital is seeking driven and diligent Candidates to join our Collections Team. If you’re

Your Role

As a Collections Intern, you will work closely with the credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure

smooth repayment cycles and portfolio health. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Clearing delinquency buckets Month-on-Month (MoM)

✅ Achieving bucket-wise repayment targets before assigned deadlines

✅ Improving on-time repayments through daily follow-ups and structured client communication

✅ Monitoring overdue accounts and contributing to reducing NPA% MoM

✅ Coordinating with agencies, clients, and internal teams to ensure closure of overdue accounts

✅ Tracking repayment commitments (PTPs) and ensuring adherence

✅ Preparing MoM reports on collections performance, NPA movement, and delinquency status

✅ Supporting recovery efforts through calls, emails, and MIS updates

✅ Ensuring all processes follow internal compliance guidelines

Skills We Value

- Strong communication and client-handling ability

- Basic understanding of lending, NPAs, and delinquency concepts (preferred but not mandatory)

- Detail-oriented approach with disciplined follow-up execution
