We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage invoicing operations in a B2B environment. The role involves close coordination with dealers and the sales team to ensure accurate and timely billing while maintaining proper documentation and records.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process invoices accurately as per orders received from the sales team and dealers.
Coordinate with dealers, internal team and sales teams to verify order details, pricing, and dispatch status.
Ensure timely billing to avoid delays in dispatch and payments.
Handle billing-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Requirements:
Prior experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts in a B2B setup is preferred.
Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.
Strong numerical ability and accuracy in calculations.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Must be very active and should have a proactive approach.
