We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage invoicing operations in a B2B environment. The role involves close coordination with dealers and the sales team to ensure accurate and timely billing while maintaining proper documentation and records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and process invoices accurately as per orders received from the sales team and dealers.
• Coordinate with dealers, internal team and sales teams to verify order details, pricing, and dispatch status.
• Ensure timely billing to avoid delays in dispatch and payments.
• Handle billing-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Skills Required:
• Prior experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts in a B2B setup is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.
• Strong numerical ability and accuracy in calculations.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Must be very active and should have a proactive approach.
