Experience: Minimum 2+ years Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi, English

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Collection Executive to manage outstanding payments from customers. The role involves contacting clients, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, emails, and messages

Maintain records of all collection activities and customer interactions

Ensure timely recovery of dues as per company policy

Handle customer queries related to billing and payments

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports

Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for payment updates

Negotiate payment plans if required

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of accounts and billing

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
