JOB RESPONSIBILITY

PAN INDIA AUDIT FIELD JOB

Site Quality Audits: Conduct regular inspections of guest houses, service apartments, and client sites to ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.

1. Housekeeping Quality: Inspect room cleanliness, washrooms, bedsheets, linen, floors, furniture, common areas, and overall hygiene.

2. Staff Grooming & Discipline: Check staff uniforms, grooming, personal hygiene, punctuality, attendance, and professional behaviour.

3. SOP Compliance: Verify that housekeeping, kitchen, food service, guest handling, and other applicable operational SOPs are being followed.

4. Guest Experience: Review guest feedback and complaints, identify recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions to improve service quality.

5. Maintenance Inspection: Check the condition and functionality of electrical fittings, plumbing, ACs, geysers, appliances, furniture, and other site assets. Report defects for timely resolution.

6. Safety & Hygiene: Verify general safety, sanitation, pest-control status, safe storage, and other applicable hygiene requirements.

7. Audit Reporting: Prepare and submit site audit reports with observations, photographs where appropriate, audit scores, and corrective action recommendations.

8. Corrective Action Follow-up: Coordinate with site teams and operations managers to ensure audit observations are resolved within the assigned timelines.

9. Re-Audit & Verification: Conduct follow-up inspections to verify that reported issues have been rectified and do not recur.

10. Client Standards Compliance: Ensure that site services meet the agreed client requirements and report any service-quality gaps to management.

11. Escalation & Improvement: Immediately escalate critical hygiene, safety, guest-service, or compliance issues and recommend practical improvements.
