  1. Review Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions, balances, and aging reports to identify deviations and discrepancies.

  2. Perform AR/AP reconciliations and investigate differences between invoices, payments, receipts, vendor/customer statements, and ledger balances.

  3. Identify duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or unusual transactions and ensure timely corrective action.

  4. Prepare deviation/exception reports and follow up with concerned departments for resolution and closure.

  5. Support internal by verifying supporting documents, accounting records, and compliance with company policies and controls.
