अकाउंट्स ऑडिट / अकाउंट असिस्टेंट

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Audit Assistant to join our team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities, GST and income-tax compliance, audit assignments, and other finance-related work.

This position is suitable for candidates who have completed their graduation or are currently in the final semester of their graduation and are interested in building a career in accounting, taxation, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining day-to-day accounting records and supporting bookkeeping activities

• Preparing and checking accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents

• Assisting in preparation and filing of GST returns and other GST compliances

• Assisting in income-tax return preparation and tax-related work

• Supporting statutory, tax, and internal audit assignments

• Performing ledger scrutiny, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation

• Preparing basic financial statements and schedules

• Assisting in preparation of audit working papers and documentation

• Verifying invoices, expenses, and other financial records

• Assisting senior team members in client/accounting-related assignments

• Maintaining proper records and ensuring timely completion of assigned work

Candidate Profile

• B.Com or equivalent graduation or candidates pursuing their final semester

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and taxation will be an advantage

• Familiarity with Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel preferred

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Willingness to learn accounting, taxation, and audit procedures

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
