We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Counter Billing Executive / Cashier to handle billing operations, cash transactions, customer service, and daily cash reconciliation. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, accuracy in handling payments, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate customer bills and invoices accurately using billing software or POS systems.
Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
Provide receipts and ensure correct billing for all purchases.
Maintain daily cash records and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
Assist customers with billing-related queries and payment issues.
Verify product prices, quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes.
Maintain proper records of sales, refunds, and exchanges.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding billing discrepancies.
Keep the billing counter clean, organized, and professional.
Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and billing.
