Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Accounts & Finance Manager who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations while also contributing to cash flow discipline, cost control, MIS analysis, and decision-support reporting. This role is critical for ensuring financial hygiene across trading, manufacturing, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

End-to-end accounting using Zoho Books & Tally Prime

GST compliance: returns, reconciliations, notices, and audits

TDS, statutory compliances, and coordination with CA

Bank reconciliation, cash & credit card reconciliations

MIS & Reporting

Daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Sales, product-wise, and margin analysis

Debtors, creditors, ageing analysis & follow-ups

Expense tracking vs budget

Cash Flow & Cost Control

Daily cash flow monitoring and projections

Working capital planning

Cost centre creation and monitoring

Expense rationalisation and variance analysis

Inventory & Production Accounting

Inventory control (raw material, WIP, finished goods)

Production entries, consumption tracking & yield analysis

Stock reconciliation with warehouse & POS data

POS accounting and daily sales reconciliation

Business Support

Financial data support for management decisions

Coordination with operations, sales, and procurement teams

Process improvement in accounting & reporting systems

Required Skills & Tools

Strong command over Zoho Books

Expertise in Tally Prime

Experience with POS accounting

Advanced Excel (MIS, pivot tables, reconciliation)

Strong understanding of cash flow strategies & cost centres

Ability to work independently with accountability

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter (CA/CMA preferred but not mandatory)

3–6 years relevant experience in FMCG / Trading / Manufacturing preferred
