Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments and maintain ageing reports.
Verify purchase invoices, expense bills and supporting documents.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Support preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and TDS-related data.
Maintain petty cash and day-to-day expense records.
Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding account-related matters.
Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, P&L and Balance Sheet preparation.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and records.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers and financial records.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
