We're hiring: Mergers & Acquisitions Associate | Jaipur (On-site)
EaseValue Advisors is expanding its M&A desk, and we're looking for someone to take ownership of company buying and selling mandates end to end.
What the role involves:
• Sourcing and screening buy-side and sell-side opportunities
• Business valuation and preparing information memorandums
• Due diligence coordination (financial, tax, legal, secretarial)
• Deal structuring, term sheets and SPA support
• Share transfer and ROC documentation through to closing
• Managing conversations with buyers, sellers and their advisors
Who we're looking for:
Graduate/ CS / MBA (Finance) or a semi-qualified candidate with strong transaction exposure. Comfortable with financials, sharp on documentation, and able to hold a client conversation on their own.
