Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and process all export-related documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, and Bills of Lading. Ensure strict adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations (DGFT/ICEGATE), and FEMA guidelines.
Logistics & Order Execution: Coordinate with freight forwarders, Custom House Agents (CHAs), and logistics providers for shipment booking, tracking, and timely dispatch. Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and bank submissions.
Client Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing updates on orders, managing inquiries, and resolving issues.
Accounts & Finance: Handle export invoicing, manage client ledgers, follow up on payments, and reconcile export transactions, including monitoring foreign remittance realization.
Strategy & Sales: Identify new business opportunities.
